What DropSignal is

DropSignal sends personalized restock alerts for Pokémon TCG sealed product at US Walmart and Target. Alerts go to paying members in a private Discord channel when a shared-catalog hit matches your keywords or SKUs. The public site waitlist is email-only (waitlist ≠ Discord invite). Tagline: Your list. Your signal. Collectors first — not a reseller ACO tool.

What DropSignal is not

• Not auto-checkout, bots that buy for you, or Walmart Collectibles Drawing entry.
• Not affiliated with Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Walmart, Target, or Discord.
• Not a guarantee you will secure stock — retailers sell out, rate-limit, or cancel orders.
• Not a public Discord firehose; there is no public discord.gg invite to alert channels on this site.

Accounts & payment

Founding Collector membership is billed through Stripe ($6.99/mo or $69/yr founding rates, 7-day trial where offered). Cancel anytime via Stripe Customer Portal when enabled, or by emailing us. Founding price lock is for 12 months from signup for seats that remain active. You must use accurate checkout email so we can match founding intake.

Alerts & Discord

Paid members may receive Discord access to a private alerts channel (Collector role / one-time invite). You set watch keywords/SKUs; we match our shared catalog hits to your terms. Monitoring can miss drops, lag, or false-positive. We may suspend accounts that resell access, spam, scrape, or abuse retail systems.

Acceptable use

• Personal collecting use only unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell our alerts.
• Do not use DropSignal to harass retailers or other collectors.
• Do not share Discord invites or forward paid alerts as a paid service of your own.

Intellectual property & trademarks

DropSignal branding on this site is ours. Product and retailer names are descriptive only. We do not claim ownership of Nintendo, Pokémon, Walmart, Target, or Discord marks, and we do not display official artwork or logos.

Disclaimers

Service is provided as-is. We are not responsible for purchase decisions, shipping, retailer policy, lottery outcomes, or missed carts. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for paid service issues is limited to fees you paid us in the prior 3 months.

Termination

You may cancel anytime. We may end access for ToS abuse or non-payment. When membership ends, Collector Discord access ends. See also our cancel ops notes if you are an operator — members just email or use Stripe.

Governing law

[GOVERNING LAW / STATE — Bobby fill]. Until filled, disputes are handled in good faith by email first.
