Who we are

What DropSignal is (so you know what data is for)

We watch a shared sealed-product catalog on US Walmart and Target, then ping paying members in a private Discord only when a restock matches their keywords or SKUs. The public waitlist is email only — waitlist ≠ Discord invite. We do not auto-checkout, enter Walmart Collectibles Drawings, or run a public alert firehose.

What we collect

Waitlist: email (and optional Discord handle if you give it).
Founding / paid: email matching Stripe checkout, Discord handle, retailers you care about, keyword/SKU watch terms, optional notes.
Payments: handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Ops / logs (minimal): form timestamps and basic server logs needed to run the waitlist/founding intake and prevent abuse. We do not sell analytics profiles.

How we use it

Send product updates and invite you when seats open.
Match restocks on our Walmart/Target catalog to your terms and ping you in the paid Discord channel.
Operate billing, support, and account suspension if needed for abuse.

What we don’t do

Sell your email or watchlist.
Post a public firehose of every SKU to free Discord invites.
Auto-checkout or enter Walmart drawings on your behalf.
Share your watch terms with other members or resellers.

Processors we rely on

Stripe — checkout and billing.
Discord — private Collector alerts channel (paid members).
Form / email tools — waitlist or founding intake when a public host is connected (e.g. Formspree/Resend — only if configured).

Each processor has its own privacy policy. We only send what is needed to deliver the service.

Retention & your choices

Waitlist and founding records stay until you ask to be removed or cancel. After cancel, we stop paid alerts and revoke Collector Discord access; we may keep minimal billing records Stripe already stores. Email nimbu997@gmail.com to delete waitlist/founding data we control, or ask questions.

Children

DropSignal is aimed at adults who can form a Stripe subscription. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a minor signed up, email us and we will delete the record.

Changes

We may update this page as the product grows (more retailers, email alerts, etc.). The “Last updated” date above will change. Material changes that affect paid members will also be noted by email or Discord when practical.
